How to Set Up Your Title Brand Voice Configuration

With Valuna, you can define how product titles are generated across your store by configuring a Title Brand Voice. This allows you to keep titles consistent, on-brand, and scalable, while still letting AI handle the heavy lifting.

Title Structure Types

When setting up your title format, you can choose one of the following options:

1. Structured with AI

This option gives you full structural control.

  • AI automatically generates the Item Name

  • You define the additional variables you want to include (e.g. brand, size, material)

  • Fixed structure, AI-powered content

Best for teams that want consistent, predictable title formats across all products.

2. AI Enhanced

This option is fully AI-generated.

  • No structure or variables required

  • You only define the maximum title length

  • AI creates the entire title based on product data

Best for teams that want maximum automation with minimal setup.

How to Create a Title Using Structured with AI

  1. Go to Brand Voice Configuration

  2. Open the Title section

  3. Select Structured with AI as the structure type

  4. In the Title Structure area:

    • Keep the Item Name variable (filled by AI)

    • Add any additional variables you want (e.g. Brand, Size)

  5. Arrange the variables in the order you want them to appear

Example Title Structures

Item name with brand after:

{Item Name} | {Brand}

Item name with size included:

{Item Name} – {Size}

AI will always generate the Item Name, while the rest of the structure stays consistent across products.

How to Create a Title Using AI Enhanced

  1. Go to Brand Voice Configuration

  2. Open the Title section

  3. Select AI Enhanced

  4. Set the maximum title length

  5. Save your configuration

That’s it. Valuna will generate fully optimized titles automatically without any predefined structure.

How the AI Works

Depending on the structure type, Valuna’s AI will generate:

  • Product-relevant, human-readable titles

  • SEO-friendly wording

  • Unique titles for every product

For Structured with AI, only the Item Name is generated.
For AI Enhanced, the entire title is generated.

Preview Before Saving

Before finalizing your setup, click Generate Test Output to preview how your titles will look for real products.

This helps you validate structure, length, and readability before applying it store-wide.

Save Your Configuration

Once you’re happy with the preview, click Save This Configuration to apply your Title Brand Voice.

Your titles will now be generated consistently, automatically, and in line with your brand, at scale.
