Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your Valuna subscription at any time from your account settings.

How to Cancel

  • Go to Settings

  • Click "Subscription"

  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

  • Confirm your cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using all features until that date.

After your billing period ends:

  • You cannot generate new content

  • You can still access and export existing content

  • Your products and generated content are retained for 30 days

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? Simply go to Settings and click "Reactivate Subscription" before your data is deleted. Your previous plan and pricing will be restored.

Exporting Your Data Before Canceling

We recommend exporting your products before canceling:

  • Go to Products

  • Click "Select All"

  • Click "Export"

  • Download your content as CSV

Data Retention

After 30 days of inactivity following cancellation, your data is permanently deleted. Export anything you need before this period ends.
