Alternative: Using a Plugin

For more control over your export, you can use free plugins:

  • Product Import Export for WooCommerce (free plugin)

  • WP All Export (supports CSV, XML, XLSX)

These plugins let you select specific products, filter by category, and choose exactly which fields to export.

Variable Products

WooCommerce exports variable products with each variation as a separate row. Valuna will import these as individual products. If you prefer to import only parent products, use a plugin that allows filtering.

Tip: Export a small batch first to verify the mapping works correctly before importing your entire catalog.
