Import your Shopware 6 products into Valuna using a CSV export from your store.
Exporting Products from Shopware 6
In Shopware Administration, go to Settings
Click "Shop" then "Import/Export"
Go to the "Export" tab
Select the "Default product" profile from the dropdown
Click "Start export"
Download the generated CSV file
Creating a Custom Export Profile
For more control over which fields are exported:
Go to Settings > Shop > Import/Export
Click the "Profiles" tab
Click "Add Profile"
Name it "Valuna Export"
Select the fields you want to include
Save the profile for reuse
Importing to Valuna
Go to Products in Valuna
Click "Add Products"
Select "Upload CSV"
Upload your Shopware export file
Map the columns to Valuna fields
Click "Import"

CSV File Characteristics
Shopware 6 exports use specific formatting:
UTF-8 encoding
Semicolon (;) as field separator
Quotation marks as text delimiter
Valuna automatically detects semicolon-separated files, so no conversion is needed.
Product Variants
Shopware exports variant products with references to their parent. When importing to Valuna, variants appear as individual products. Use the productNumber field to identify related variants.
Export Activity History
Shopware keeps export history for 30 days in the Import Activity section. You can re-download previous exports from there if needed.
Tip: Export a small batch first to verify the mapping works correctly before importing your entire catalog.
