If generated content does not meet your expectations, here are ways to improve it.

Content Is Too Generic

Cause: Not enough product information provided.

Solution: Add more details to your product data, especially category, brand, and key features. Regenerate the content.

Wrong Tone or Style

Cause: Brand voice settings do not match your needs.

Solution: Go to Brand Voice settings and adjust the tone, style, and audience. Regenerate content with the updated voice.

Factual Errors

Cause: AI misinterpreted product data or made assumptions.

Solution: Edit the content directly. For recurring issues with similar products, add clearer attribute data.

Content Too Long or Short

Cause: Default length settings.

Solution: Edit the content to your preferred length. Future versions will include length controls.

Wrong Language or Mixed Languages

Cause: Language detection or storefront setting issue.

Solution: Check your storefront language setting in the sidebar. Make sure you are generating for the correct market.

  • Provide complete product data

  • Set up brand voice before generating
