All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Viewing Your Payment Method
Go to Settings
Click "Subscription"
Your current card is shown with the last 4 digits
Updating Your Card
Go to Settings
Click "Subscription"
Click "Update Payment Method"
Enter your new card details
Click "Save"
Your new card will be used for all future charges.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Update your payment method within 7 days to avoid service interruption. Your account remains active during this grace period.
Payment Security
Valuna never stores your full card number. All payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
