Products stuck in generating

If products remain in "Generating" status for more than 10 minutes, something may have gone wrong.

Refresh the Page

Sometimes the status display does not update automatically. Press F5 or click refresh to see the current status.

Check Your Internet Connection

If your connection dropped during generation, the status may not have updated. Reconnect and refresh.

Clear and Retry

If products are truly stuck:

  • Go to Products

  • Select the stuck products

  • Click the three-dot menu

  • Choose "Reset Status"

  • Try generating again

Browser Cache Issues

Clear your browser cache if you see outdated information:

  • Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)

  • Select "Cached images and files"

  • Clear and refresh Valuna

If products remain stuck after trying these steps, contact support. Include the product SKUs so we can investigate the specific items.
