Forgot Password
Go to app.valuna.ai
Click "Login"
Click "Forgot Password"
Enter your email address
Check your inbox for the reset link
Create a new password
Reset Email Not Received
Check your spam or junk folder. Add [email protected] to your contacts and try again. Reset emails are sent immediately but may take a few minutes to arrive.
Account Not Found
If you see "account not found," you may have signed up with a different email address. Try other email addresses you use for work.
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again with the correct password.
Browser Issues
Clear your browser cookies for valuna.io and try again. Or try a different browser or incognito mode.
